Avi S. Tryson, Esq., is the Founder & Managing partner of Tryson Law, specializing in Community Association Law and Real Estate Law. With a strong focus on these practice areas, he brings extensive expertise and experience to his clients.

In his community association law practice, Avi handles various issues, including general representation, interpretation of governing documents and applicable statutes, drafting of amendments to governing documents, and providing guidance in connection with the day-to-day operation of the community. He is also well-versed in covenant enforcement, negotiating vendor contracts, and facilitating board meetings and member meetings. With a thorough understanding of the intricacies of community association law, he provides his clients with valuable guidance and support.

In his real estate practice, Avi has a diverse background representing residential and commercial buyers and sellers, as well as various entities such as real estate funds, lenders, and institutional and non-institutional investors. He offers comprehensive legal services covering all aspects of real estate transactions which include forming and negotiating joint ventures, structured finance such as preferred and mezzanine financing, workouts, loan restructuring, and loan enforcement. Avi also excels in handling the purchase, sale, and financing of secured real estate loans, loan participations, and the acquisition and sale of various properties such as vacant land, office buildings, apartment buildings, hotels, shopping centers, and other commercial and residential properties. Furthermore, he has significant expertise in complex commercial leasing matters.

As an active member of The Florida Bar, Avi is involved in the organization’s Real Property, Probate & Trust Law Section.
