Terms of Service

Effective Date: October 12, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of TrysonLaw.com (the “Website”) and your participation in the email and text message (SMS) programs offered by Tryson Law, PLLC (“Tryson Law,” “we,” “us” or “our”). By using the Website or by opting in to receive emails or text messages from us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website or enroll in our messaging programs.

No Attorney-Client Relationship
The information on this Website and in our emails and text messages is provided for general informational purposes only and is not legal advice. Using the Website, contacting us, subscribing to our emails or enrolling in our text message program does not create an attorney-client relationship. An attorney-client relationship with Tryson Law is formed only through a signed engagement agreement. Please do not act or refrain from acting based on information from this Website or our messages without first consulting a licensed attorney about your specific situation.
Please Do Not Send Confidential Information

Email and text messages are not secure forms of communication. Unless you are an existing client and we have agreed on a method of communication, please do not send confidential, sensitive or time-sensitive information through the Website, by email or by text message. Information you send before an attorney-client relationship is formed may not be treated as confidential or privileged.

Email Program
Tryson Law may use an email program to communicate with clients, prospective clients and subscribers. If you provide your email address and opt in, you may receive two types of email messages:
Transactional messages, such as appointment and consultation reminders, closing schedule updates, document requests and updates related to a matter we are handling for you.
Promotional messages, such as firm announcements, invitations to educational and networking events, legislative updates for community associations, educational articles and special offers related to firm events and programs.

Email frequency varies. You may unsubscribe from promotional emails at any time by clicking the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of any promotional email or by contacting us at contact@trysonlaw.com. If you are a client, you may continue to receive transactional emails related to your matter after unsubscribing from promotional emails.

SMS Text Message Program
Tryson Law may offer a text message program to communicate with clients and prospective clients who choose to enroll. The terms in this section apply if and when you enroll in that program.

How to Enroll
You may enroll by providing your mobile number and checking the text message consent box on the contact form on our Website or, if you are a client, by giving us your written consent to receive text messages. Providing your phone number alone does not enroll you in the text message program. By enrolling, you agree to receive recurring text messages from Tryson Law at the mobile number you provide, including messages sent using automated technology. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any service or retaining Tryson Law.

Types of Text Messages
If you enroll, you may receive both:
Transactional messages, such as appointment and consultation reminders, closing date and time confirmations, document requests and status updates related to your matter.
Promotional messages, such as firm announcements, event invitations and reminders, legislative updates and special offers related to firm events and programs.

Message Frequency and Costs
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Please contact your wireless carrier for details about your text messaging and data plan.

How to Opt Out
You can cancel the text message program at any time. Reply STOP to unsubscribe. You may also reply CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE or STOPALL. After you send an opt-out request, you will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further text messages from us unless you enroll again. You may also opt out by emailing contact@trysonlaw.com.

How to Get Help

Reply HELP for assistance. You can also email us at contact@trysonlaw.com for help with the text message program.

Carrier Disclaimer
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of text messages depends on your wireless carrier and is not guaranteed.

Eligibility and Your Mobile Number
You must be at least 18 years old and the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number you enroll. If you change or deactivate your mobile number, please reply STOP from that number or notify us at contact@trysonlaw.com so we can update our records.

Privacy of Mobile Information
We do not sell, rent or share mobile phone numbers or text message opt-in data and consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be shared with service providers who help us operate the text message program, such as messaging platform providers, solely to deliver messages on our behalf. For more information, please review our Privacy Policy.
